The Pizza Company
In the beginning there was pizza for Louis Weinkle... AND AS with many beginnings Louis learned, the art of Pizza, from the "Master Pizza Baker, Ernesto Adamo." Out of the kitchen and into his twenties, our Louis owned and operated a chain of pizzerias. Foreseeing the growing popularity of gourmet pizza, Louis established his own bakeries to produce his signature line of pizzas and gourmet crusts. With his love for "great tasting pizza," and his knowledge of pizza baking, Louis followed his heart to the creation of The Pizza Company in 1995.
Today, The Pizza Company brings consistent quality in all their pizza products; from fresh individually wrapped dough balls, finished pizzas and on to the perfect taste and ease of their gourmet par-baked crusts. Louis' committment to traditional old world baking, and to always using the finest and freshest all natural ingredients ensures our customers the finest quality pizza products.
